    We have only had Lifeline for a few days but it was used the next day as I had a fall. As the speaker is downstairs and we were upstairs at the time we were unable to talk to a helper but you got our neighbour to come and help so thanks .

    Needed a replacement control unit as previous unit standby battery was not charging. No problem ordering the free replacement unit. Delivered very quickly and came with all the items required. Easy to set up & return the faulty unit also at no charge. Great service all round.

    Im so please with the support I've received from LifeLine24. Im sure this device will be useful, especially if their technology moves forward and more range area is covered. I think there should be a little more investment as economic means of tracking and use of Sims is already available at low prices. as proved in the area of Monimoto tracking for vehicles. Im am very grateful to LifeLine24 's support. Thank you.

    I was really happy to have found your service online when my aunt fell ill and was discharged from hospital. I lived 30miles away from her and it gave me confidence of she needed anything I would be notified as she was fine before due to gauestro problems and becoming very weak was shockingly given a walking frame. I spoke to someone at LifeConnect named Harry who was absolutely wonderful to sign up with. He was extremely caring over the phone and professional. He gave me all the information I needed and explained things to me clearly, calmly and I felt really assured by him. The telephone could have not been that nice at all but it was. Also when I first tried ordering online it didn’t go through right. I was under so much stress I thought I had ordered it online after midnight.!..LifeConnect24 rang me the next day to ask if I was okay and meant to put an order through for the service. …I was really pleased about that and found them to be really helpful not pushy. It gave me some hope for my aunt during a really stressful, upsetting time. I felt at ease on the phone with Harry at LifeConnect24 and assured during and after our telephone call. I felt I had done something positive. Sadly I will need to cancel now but I just wanted to say thank you and especially to Harry there I spoke to for being so caring and professional.
